The NAPIER-LOOBY BAR ASSOCIATION shall serve the following purposes:

  • To discerningly advocate causes that protect and advance the rights of members of the community and to improve the legal profession;
  • To enhance the education, professional development, and professional opportunities of its members;
  • To ensure the availability of legal services to the African American community and the general public;
  • To educate and inform its members and the public regarding pertinent legal issues;
  • To provide mentoring and networking opportunities to African American law students;
  • To promote diversity within the bar;
  • To promote responsible relationships between the legal profession and the public by engaging in community outreach; and
  • To support and uphold the expressed constitutional objectives of the National Bar Association.
