This year, the NLBA is focused on honoring our legacy, investing in lawyers, and serving Nashville. Our vision is to strengthen NLBA as a place where attorneys at every stage of their careers can build meaningful relationships, develop professionally, find mentors, and create opportunities for one another. At the same time, we will deepen our connection to the Nashville community through service, education, advocacy, and greater access to legal resources. Our priorities this year are simple: grow our membership, engage the next generation of legal leaders, create greater value for our members, and increase our impact throughout Nashville.
