Simone Marshall Hayes is a Barbadian-born, Nashville-raised lawyer who advocates for the marginalized. Simone currently works in the Nashville District Attorney’s Office, where she currently serves as an Assistant District Attorney in Criminal Court—Division Two. She has the honor of resolving a myriad of felony-level cases—primarily domestic violence cases.
